Folded Feathers Origami Collection

This series brings together traditional origami folding and algorithmic design to explore the intersections of pattern, memory, and identity. Each piece is composed of dozens or hundreds of hand-folded paper squares, arranged using custom algorithms derived from song lyrics, poetry, and musical compositions.

Guided by mathematics and intuition, the folded forms become pixels in a larger visual narrative—at once structured and expressive. The work draws from Indigenous aesthetics, computational logic, and contemplative practice, honoring both the order of geometry and the spirit of storytelling. "Folded Feathers" reflects on how culture, memory, and pattern shape the landscapes within us.
