PRINTMAKING
Printmaking explores pattern, place, and relationship through the deliberate language of carved marks. Working primarily in relief printmaking, each image is reduced to an interplay of line, shape, texture, and negative space. The process embraces the constraints of the block: what is carved away, what remains, and how repetition and variation transform a single image through each impression.
